Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None

Call for opens:

- None

ARs:

- Bob update BUG168 to clarify inductance checks
  - Waiting on more input.

- Mike ask Radek for opinion on BUG168
  - Done, but no time for reply yet.

- Mike add comments to CMPNT, DLY, MSPEC sections.
  - No new progress.

- Lance add comments to EBD section.
  - No new progress.

- Bob add comments to CIRCUIT section.
  - No new progress.

BUG168

- Bob: We should just suspend those checks.
- Mike: We found that a 10ppm tolerance for capacitance would work.
- Bob: We discussed 100ppm.
- Mike: I'm comfortable with that.
  - When should we release?
- Bob: The next release should be later this year.
- Mike: Why disable the resistance matrix check?
- Bob: The testcases probably don't have any off diagonal values.
- Mike: Agree.
- Bob: The question is whether to disable or make them a NOTE.
- Mike: I prefer disabling.
  - We have the right to not check something that is in the spec, but
if we do check it needs to be an ERROR to violate the spec.
- Bob: Vladimir said it applies to both L and R.

BUG169
- Bob: The non-positive capacitance check was never implemented.
  - It is stated in the specification.
- Mike: This will be discussed Friday.

- Bob: I looked into eigenvalue checking.
  - There are complications.
- Mike: There are at least two methods and neither is guaranteed
  to succeed in all cases.
